Step 1: Configure Your Phone Number
- Go to Settings → Phone Number
Begin by adding essential documents and selecting the phone number you want to use for WhatsApp messaging. - Add Address Proof
Upload valid address proof to comply with regulatory requirements. - Add Regulatory Bundle
Attach the necessary regulatory bundle documents as required. - Buy a Number
Choose and purchase the phone number you want to use for WhatsApp communication through the LeadConnector platform.
Step 2: Set Up WhatsApp in LeadConnector
- Go to Settings → WhatsApp
Navigate to the WhatsApp setup section in your LeadConnector dashboard. - Verify Meta
Complete the Meta (Facebook) verification process to enable WhatsApp Business API functionality. - Select WhatsApp Number
Choose the phone number you’ve prepared for WhatsApp messaging. - Verify via SMS
LeadConnector will send an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS to the selected number.
Important: The OTP message will appear inside the Conversations tab (Unified Inbox) in LeadConnector, not as a traditional SMS on your phone.
Enter the OTP in the verification prompt to complete the process.
